OUTREACH

To reach out to as many young people that we can in order to promote paintball, El Rancho De Paz, and our Lord Jesus Christ.  We do this through taking players to tournaments in the community, running tournaments for churches and advetising at community events.

HELP

212 Staff take time and effort to make sure that all players are ready to take the field through providing safe equipment and preparation procedures.  You will often see our staff taking time to work with beginner players, either through answering a question or fixing their equipment.

COACH

As players take the field we pride ourselves in the fact that players will be better skilled and better players after they leave the field through the coaches that our helping them while they play.

LEAD

We commit to be positive role models for the young people that come to the field.

PROFESSIONAL

212 staff have been trained in how to run and provide a safe and beneficial program.

CHRIST-CENTERED ENVIRONMENT

As an organization our main purpose and driving value is to be a place where Christian values, priniciples and teachings are seen and demonstrated to all players from beginning to end.
